Our Process

Upon meeting with homeowners, we initially determine all the project details, review your plans, explore budgets and possible solutions. This ensures we are all on the same page and allows us to fully understand the scope of work. 

Once we have all the information from our initial meeting, we can prepare our formal detailed quotation and timelines. We will provide you with prices that include all aspects of the renovation project in detail. We have clear and simple contract which explains the obligations of both Royal Homes Reno and you the homeowner. 

It's time to meet your designer. If you don't have an interior designer, we can certainly introduce you to our awesome team of designers. We will select the best designer for your specific project. 

Prior to starting any work, we'll prepare your home for construction. We ensure we have temporary partitions arranged and floors covered if needed prior to any demolitions. We then begin our scheduled work and follow our timelines. 

Once we have finished our work, we ask that you review our work give your final approval. Time to celebrate. Enjoy your new space.
